Welcome to Golden Heights Living Center
Our mission of "Dignity in Life" is reflected in our vision and values:
Golden Heights is a 59-bed facility licensed to provide its residents with progressive, long-term nursing care. Nestled in the east-central Kansas rural community of Garnett, we offer a positive, protective alternative to the uncertainties that may come from living at home.
The Vetter Way

At every Vetter Health Services facility, everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve dignity in life. We all deserve to live a life we choose - with independence, respect, and dignity. That shouldn’t change just because the scenery does. That’s why we’ve created environments where residents have the opportunity to enjoy life and nurture each other.

Mission
At Golden Heights, everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve dignity in life. This philosophy keeps us focused on those we serve. Over the years, we havedeveloped effective methods for providing an environment where dignity and happiness prevail - where service is disciplined by love and true understanding of the elderly individual's needs.
We offer a broad spectrum of services; short-term rehabilitation stays, skilled level professional nursing care, and Alzheimer's care known as Memory Support Household.
